Charles Edouard MERCIER

Charles Edouard was born in 1840. Charles Edouard's father was Joseph Alexandre MERCIER and his mother was Ann PRICE. His paternal grandparents were Jerome MERCIER and Penelope STEDHAM. He had two brothers named Jerome John and Henri Joesph. He was the youngest of the three children.
