John Ross HUTCHINSON 
John Ross was born on June 29th, 1792 in Stonehaven and his baptism took place on July 5th, 1792. John Ross' father was John HUTCHINSON and his mother was Margaret MEMESS. His paternal grandparents were William HUTCHINSON and Catherine CRAIG; his maternal grandparents were Robert MEMESS and Elizabeth ROSS. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Robert Memess, Alexander, James, Charles, Catherine and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 46 on September 16th, 1838 in Calcutta, Bengal.
They had seven sons and three daughters, named William Caldwell, Alick Ross Elliot, James Alexander Caldwell, Robert Faure, Charles Webber, Edward, John Ross, Caroline Isabel, Caroline Maria Georgina and Catherine Margaret.

Caroline Isabel HUTCHINSON
Caroline Isabel was born on April 22nd, 1820 in Burdwan and her baptism took place on October 18th, 1822. She died at the age of 19 on September 13th, 1839 in Cape Town, South Africa.
William Caldwell HUTCHINSON
William Caldwell was born on May 12th, 1824 in Burdwan and his baptism took place there on April 13th, 1825. He died at the age of 24 on September 3rd, 1848 in Simla, India.
Alick Ross Elliot HUTCHINSON
Alick Ross Elliot was born on November 28th, 1825 and his baptism took place on February 3rd, 1826. He died at the age of 82 on October 19th, 1908.
James Alexander Caldwell HUTCHINSON
James Alexander Caldwell was born on January 29th, 1828 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland and his baptism took place there on March 21st, 1828. He died at the age of 67 on October 26th, 1895 in Bedford.
Robert Faure HUTCHINSON
Robert Faure was born on November 17th, 1831 in Meerut and his baptism took place there on January 4th, 1832. He died at the age of 62 on January 11th, 1894.
Charles Webber HUTCHINSON
Charles Webber was born on February 16th, 1833 in Meerut and his baptism took place there on March 28th, 1833. He died at the age of 53 in 1886.
Edward HUTCHINSON
Edward was born on August 16th, 1834 and his baptism took place on October 27th, 1834.
John Ross HUTCHINSON
John Ross' baptism took place on October 15th, 1822. He died on May 11th, 1857.
Catherine Margaret HUTCHINSON
