Francis Richard Berthon HINDE

Francis Richard Berthon was born on May 27th, 1864 in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England.  Francis Richard Berthon's father was John HINDE and his mother was Frances GOULD.  His paternal grandparents were John HINDE and Jane BERTHON; his maternal grandfather was Richard GOULD. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John H.E., Herbert, Henry, Susan Jane, Charlotte, Mary and Edith.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 84 in 1948.

‌Francis Richard Berthon and Ellen were married in a religious ceremony on October 28th, 1890.  They had a son and a daughter, named John Egerton Berthon and Margaret Eleanor Patricia.
