Ranulph DE GERNON

Ranulph was born about 1100 in Gernon, Normandy.  Ranulph's father was Ranulph III DE MESCHINES and his mother was Lucia OF MERCIA.  His paternal grandparents were Ranulph II DE MESCHINES and Maud/Margaret DE AVRANCHES; his maternal grandfather was Algar The Saxon OF MERCIA. He had a brother and two sisters, named William, Adeliza and Agnes.  He died on December 16th, 1153.  He was buried in Chester, England.
