Richard COZENS 
Richard was born in 1724 in St. Petersburg, Russia and his baptism took place on April 27th, 1726 in British Chaplaincy, St. Petersburg, RUSSIA. Richard's father was Richard COZENS and his mother was Mary DAVENPORT. His paternal grandparents were Peter UNKNOWN and Mary COZENS; his maternal grandfather was Robert DAVENPORT. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Alexander, Peter, Mary, Margaretta Maria and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died in St. Petersburg, Russia.General Notes
