Thomas was born on June 23rd, 1689 in GLOUCESTER CO., VIRGINIA. Thomas' father was Thomas SATTERWHITE and his mother was Ann of ENGLAND. His paternal grandparents were Michael Marshall SATTERWHITE and Catherine ELLISON. He had a brother and a sister, named Michael and Rebecca. He was the second oldest of the three children.
