Ruben was born on June 22nd, 1791 in PENNSYLVANIA. Ruben's father was James NEAL and his mother was Rachel MCCLURE. His paternal grandparents were John NEEL and Dorcas MICHAEL; his maternal grandparents were Herr John MCCLURE and Frau Johanna AHLL. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Flavel, Thomas, Hiram, James Harvey, Dorcas, Mary, Grizelle and Rachall. He died in PENNSYLVANIA.General Notes
