William HIBBS III 
William was born in 1699 in BYBERRY, BUCKS, PENNSYLVANIA. William's father was William HIBBS II and his mother was Hannah HOUL. His paternal grandparents were William HIBBS I and Mme Joanne HIBBS; his maternal grandparents were Thomas HOUL and Mary ENGLISH. He had a brother and a sister, named Joseph and Phoebe.
