Henry LUCIEN was born on December 25th, 1919 in HAGERMAN, GOODING, Idaho. Henry LUCIEN's father was Joseph William WEECH and his mother was Hester Jane Miller. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Samuel WEECH and Rhoda Jane Dudley; his maternal grandparents were LUTHER Miller and AMERICAN KATE BANES. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Joseph William, Charles EARNEST, Sidney LUTHER, MILES ELMER, Matthew Samuel, Rhoda AMERICA and GOLDIE BELLE. He was the third youngest of the eight children.-
