Sarah was born on March 1st, 1698 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts. Sarah's father was Nathaniel Or Jathniall PECK and her mother was Sarah SMITH. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph PECK and Hannah Cooper; her maternal grandfather was Daniel SMITH. She had nine brothers and four sisters, named Daniel, Ichabod, Solomon, Jathaniel, Ebenezer, Joseph, Benjamin, Henry, Nathaniel, Esther, Rebecca, Ann and Elizabeth.
