William Arthur was born on November 2nd, 1879 in GOSHEN, Utah, Utah. William Arthur's father was Henry LINES and his mother was Emily WEECH. His paternal grandparents were John LINES and Jane HADDON; his maternal grandparents were Samuel WEECH and Elizabeth Gould. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Joseph Henry, Samuel EDWIN, MILTON, Alvin, John GROVER, Emma Jane and Mary Elizabeth. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 75 on September 19th, 1955 in Safford, Graham, Arizona. He was buried on September 21st, 1955 in Pima, Graham, Arizona.-
