Phoebe was born in September 1620 in Hemel, Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England and her baptism took place there on September 27th, 1620. Phoebe's father was Zaccheus GOULD and her mother was Phebe DEACON. Her paternal grandparents were Richard GOULD and Mary UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents were Thomas DEACON and Martha FIELD (FEILDE). She had a brother and three sisters, named John, Mary, Martha and Priscilla. She was the oldest of the five children. She died in Topsfield, Essex, Massachusetts.
