Lucia was born about 1141 in Clifford Castle, Herefordshire, England. Lucia's father was Walter De Clifford and her mother was Margaret De Toni. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Fitzpons and Maude Fitzwalter; her maternal grandparents were Ralph De Toney and Alice De Toney (Cheney). She had a brother and a sister, named Walter and Rosamond. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died after 1195.-
