Florence was born about 1425 in Littlecote, Wiltshire, England. Florence's father was William Darell and her mother was Elizabeth Calston. Her paternal grandparents were William Darell and Emma UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Calston and Joan Chelrey (Childrey). She had five brothers and two sisters, named George, Alexander, Thomas, Constantine, Richard, Elizabeth and Jane. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died in 1506.-
