CELIA was born about 1812 in , GREEN, Kentucky. CELIA's father was Solomon DESPAIN and her mother was Nancy BELL. Her paternal grandparents were John DESPAIN and Susan Scott; her maternal grandparents were ZEPHANIAN BELL and SOPHIA GUNTERMAN. She had two brothers and four sisters, named ORIN D., Solomon Joseph, MALINDA, BELINDA, Emily and MALINDA. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died before 1879.-
