Adam de Aldithley 
Adam was born about 1149 in Aldithley, Staffordshire, England. Adam's father was Liulf de Aldithley and his mother was Mabella De Stanley. His paternal grandfather was Liulf De Aldithley; his maternal grandfather was Henry De Stanley. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Roger, Liulf and Margery. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died about 1208.-
