Gertrude Von Sachsen 
Gertrude was born about 1028 in Schweinfurt, Unterfranken, Bavaria. Gertrude's father was Bernard II Billung and her mother was Elika von Schweinfurt. Her paternal grandparents were Bernard I Billung and Hildegarde von Stade; her maternal grandparents were Margrave of the Nordgau & Schweinfurth Heinrich and Countess of Gleiberg Gerberge. She had two brothers and a sister, named Duke of Saxony, Hermann and Ida Relinde. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died on August 4th, 1113.-
