James Sanders

James was born on April 17th, 1823. James' father was Anthony Wayne Sanders and his mother was Lovicy Akers. His maternal grandparents were Augustine (Austin) Akers and Rhoda Thompson. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Flemon, John Anthony, William, Thomas, Francis Marion, George Washington, Christopher Columbus, Rhoda, Elizabeth Jane, Diadama and Lovicy. He was the second oldest of the twelve children.
