Orduno was born in 0926 in Leon, Spain. Orduno's father was Ramiro and his mother was Adasinde Gutierrez. His paternal grandparents were Orduno and Elvira Menendez of Portugal; his maternal grandparents were Gutierre Osoriz and Ildonca Menendez. He had a brother and a sister, named Sancho I of and Teresa of. He was the oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother named Alboazar Andonio. He died at the age of 29 in August 0955.-
