Robert Knowlton 
Robert was born in 1672. Robert's father was Thomas Knowlton and his mother was Hannah Green. His paternal grandparents were William Knowlton and Elizabeth Balch; his maternal grandparents were William Green and Hannah Carter. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas II, Ephraim, Ebenezer, Hannah, Zerrubbabel, Mary and Patience. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother named Thomas.-
