John Whitcomb 
John was born in 1588 in Taunton,Somerset,England. John's father was John Whitcomb and his mother was Ann Harper. His paternal grandparents were William Whitcomb and Dorothy Taylor. He was an only child. He died at the age of 74 on September 24th, 1662 in Lancaster,Massachussets.
John and Frances were married in a religious ceremony on November 26th, 1623 in Tauton,England,St.Mary Magdelene. They had three sons and a daughter, named John, Jonathan, Josiah and Hannah.

Hannah was born about 1633 in Somerset,England. She died on December 7th, 1714 in Dorchester,Suffolk,Massachusetts.
