Nora Evelyn was born on April 4th, 1918 in Goldengate,Wayne Co,Illinois. Nora Evelyn's father was Thomas Jefferson Walter (Walters) and her mother was Maude May Nesler. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Walter and Drusilla Duvall; her maternal grandparents were Robert Fulton Nesler and Sarah Canzidia Simpson. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Robert Lacey, Jesse Alonzo, George Allen, Dollie Maybell, Edna Pearl, Daisy Caroleen, Lillian Juanita, Bertha Maxine, Anna Lorene and Mary Katheryn. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 76 on December 16th, 1994 in Chebanse,Kankakee Co,Illinois. She was buried on December 21st, 1994 in McKendree Cemetery,Mt Erie,Wayne Co,Illinois.-
