Ambrose William Willoughby Vinson

Ambrose William Willoughby was born on June 26th, 1856 in Elm Springs,Washington,AR.¹ Ambrose William Willoughby's father was Daniel M. Vinson and his mother was Serena Terry. His paternal grandparents were William Vinson and Lucy Guthrie; his maternal grandparents were William Terry and Barbara Ennis. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Randolph, Marion, Mary E., Lorinda Clementine and William David. He had six half-brothers and thirteen half-sisters, named John, Marion, William David, Benjamin Newton, Issac, Larkin, Susanah (Susan), Elizabeth, Mahala, Barbara S., Martha, Ann, Cyrene Ann, Mary, Sarah A., Rebecca, Nancy, Lucy and Martha. He died at the age of 66 on February 10th, 1923 in Ava,Missouri. He was buried in Turkey Creek Cemetery,Ava MO(row 8,beg. at NW gate & running N to S).¹

‌Ambrose William Willoughby and Eliza Ann were married in a religious ceremony on July 12th, 1880. They had six sons and five daughters, named Charles F., Harley Jack, John Washington, Nesbert Bun, Thomas Lafayette, William Henry, Electria, Hattie A., Lena Bethel Mae, Mary Cordelia and Meda.
