Lorenzo Dow was born on December 7th, 1845 in Madison Co.,AR.1 Lorenzo Dow's father was Martin Terry Rev. and his mother was Mary Ann Reed. His paternal grandparents were William Terry and Barbara Ennis. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named John King, William, Joseph, Henderson Lafferty, Finis Ewen, James Miller, Milburn Monroe, Millard Fillmore, Sarah, Polly Ann, Elizabeth and Jane. He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 49 on December 9th, 1894 in Butterfield,Barry,MO. He was buried in Butterfield Cemetary,Barry,MO.1 1 -
