Ruth Shipley 
Ruth was born in 1730 in Anne Arundel County,Maryland. Ruth's father was Adam Shipley and her mother was Ruth Tevis. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Shipley and Susanna Stevens; her maternal grandparents were Robert Tevis and Susanna Davies. She had two brothers named Adam and Richard. She died at the age of 60 in 1790 in Ohio County,West Virginia.-
