Elisha Pruett 
Elisha was born about 1749 in VA. Elisha's father was Michael (Sr) Pruett and his mother was Elizabeth Simpkins. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Prewitt and Agnes. He had six brothers and two sisters, named James4, Byrd, Michael (Jr), Robert, Joseph, Joshua, Judith and Elizabeth (Betsey). He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died on September 14th, 1826 in Shelby Co,KY.General Notes
