Margaret Ellen Powers 
Margaret Ellen was born on October 28th, 1856. Margaret Ellen's father was George Powers and her mother was Harriet Day. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac H. Powers and Abigail Davis. She had a brother and three sisters, named Truman Glenn, Mariah, Minerva J. and Agnes. She was the third oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Andrew J., John, Mary Eliza, Nancy, Elizabeth, Lucinda and Rachel.
‌Margaret Ellen and John Franklin were married in a religious ceremony on May 28th, 1875. They had a son and three daughters, named Anos Leo, Ida Eldora, Eva and Emma.
