Cecil Raymond was born on September 27th, 1894 in Pike County,Indiana. Cecil Raymond's father was Miles Melvin Powers and his mother was Mariah Jane Ferguson. His paternal grandparents were John S. Powers and Isophene Gentry; his maternal grandparents were Henry Ferguson and Lucy Gay. He had three brothers named Harlis, Leslie Oval and Roscoe Clarence. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 76 on May 17th, 1971 in South Bend,Indiana St. Joseph County. He was buried on May 19th, 1971 in South Lawn Cemetary.General Notes
