Betzy J. McNeeley 
Betzy J. was born in 1870. Betzy J.'s father was Elijah Allen McNeeley and her mother was Luncia Jane Kinder. Her paternal grandparents were William Barnett McNeely and Nancy Scales. She had four brothers and two sisters, named William B, Theodore, David R., John V., Alice and Perlina. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
