Godfrey Isbell

Godfrey was born about 1740 in Lived in Pickens County,South Carolina.  Godfrey's father was Henry Isbell and his mother was Hannah Borton.  His paternal grandparents were Henry Isbell and Unknown Cox. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Pendleton, James, Daniel, Henry III, Mary and Martha.  He died in 1816.

They had four sons named William, Godfrey Jefferson, Jabez and Jeptha Vining.
