Decinna Herbert 
Decinna was born in 1836 in Penalt,Mon. and her baptism took place on January 24th, 1836 in Penalt,Monmouth,England. Decinna's father was Isaac Herbert,Jr. and her mother was Mary Dixon. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Herbert and Anne Davies; her maternal grandparents were Christopher Dixon and Mary Davies. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Rowland, Isaac, Elijah, John, Isaac, George, William, Elizabeth, Ann, Eliza and Mary Ann. She was the second youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 48 in 1884.General Notes
