William Gentry 
William was born about 1734. William's father was Samuel Gentry and his mother was Ann Allen UNKNOWN. His paternal grandfather was Nicholas Gentry. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named David, Nicholas, Allen, Joseph, Simon, Richard, Samuel, Ann and Polly Elizabeth. He died in 1773 in Drowned in Surry County,North Carolina.
They had a daughter named Claiborne.
