William GILBERT

William was born about 1582 in Bridgewater,Somerset,England. William's father was Giles GILBERT and his mother was Joan PEARCE. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Giles, John, Thomas, Matthew, Humphrey, Elizabeth, Joan, Anne and Susanna. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died after 1668 in Taunton,,MA.
