Frederick II, Duke of Lower Lorraine

Frederick II, Duke of Lower Lorraine was born about 1005.¹   Frederick II, Duke of Lower Lorraine's father was Friedrich I, Count of Luxembourg and his mother was Ermentrude of Gleiberg.  His paternal grandparents were Siegfried, Count of Luxembourgh and Hedwig von Nordgau. He had a brother and four sisters, named Giselbert I, Count of Luxembourg, Ermentrude of Luxembourg, Otgiva de Luxembourg, Jutta of Luxembourg and Gisele.  He was the second youngest of the six children.  He died on May 18th, 1065.¹
