Phillip was born on April 3rd, 1661 in Seelbach,Siegen,Westfalen,Prussia. Phillip's father was Johannes Fischback and his mother was Catharine Heimbach. His paternal grandfather was Johannes Fischbach; his maternal grandparents were George Heimbach and Elizabeth Nuiess. He had four brothers and a sister, named Johannes, Jacob, Jost, Gerlach and Clara. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 54 in 1715 in Germanna,Orange County,Virginia.-
