Barnet FOWLER

Barnet was born in 1771 in Barnet,Caledonia,Vermont.  Barnet's father was Jonathon FOWLER and his mother was Lucy KEMP. He had a brother and a sister, named Jonathan and Lucy.  He was the youngest of the three children.
