Sibyl De Boloin was born in 1151 in Boulogne Normandy France.1 Sibyl De Boloin's father was Pharamus De Boloin De Tingrie and her mother was Matilda. Her paternal grandfather was William of Buckingham. She was an only child. She died at the age of 72 in 1223.1
