Margaret De Clare 
Margaret was born about 1140.1 Margaret's father was Gilbert Fitzrichard de Clare Earl and her mother was Adeliza De Clermont. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Fitzgilbert and Rohese Giffard; her maternal grandparents were Hugh Count of Clermont (Creil Mouchy) and Margaret Montdidier. She had a brother and two sisters, named Hervey Walter, Adeliza\Alice and Agnes "dite L'Orgueilieuse". She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Gilbert, Richard, Baldwin Fitzgilbert, Bouchard, Adeliza "Alice", Rohesia and Adelize.-
