Roger III was born about 1104 in Lord of,Flamstead.1 Roger III's father was Ralph III DE TOENI and his mother was Judith OF HUNTINGDON. His paternal grandparents were Ralph DE TOENI and Isabel Elizabeth DE MONTFORT; his maternal grandparents were Waltheof OF NORTHUMBRIA and Judith OF LENS.
