Robert D. Couffer 
Robert D. was born in January 1891. Robert D.'s father was Charles M. Couffer and his mother was Amanda Mumma. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Couffer and Elizabeth. He had three brothers and a sister, named Irwin, Ross, Roy and Alicea. He was the second youngest of the five children.
