John Burroughs

John was born in 1653.  John's father was John Burroughs and his mother was Hewitt.  His paternal grandparents were Jeremiah Burroughs and Missus; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Hewitt and Missus. He had a brother and two sisters, named Jeremiah, Elizabeth and Mary.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
