Velisha's father was Benjamin Bullis and her mother was Martha----------------- UNKNOWN. She was an only child.
‌Velisha and John Warren were married in a religious ceremony on November 20th, 1837 in Wilkes County,North Carolina. They had five sons and five daughters, named Joseph S., Zeno Melvin, John Clark, Levi P., Thomas Benjamin, Sibba Caroline, Frances M., Mary Elizabeth, Nancy V. and Sarah Ann.

Zeno Melvin was born on April 16th, 1840. He died in Did not return after the war.(Civil War).
John Clark Rash
John Clark was born on October 2nd, 1845. He died at the age of 89 on March 27th, 1935.
Frances M. Rash
Frances M. was born on October 19th, 1849. She died at the age of 82 on August 22nd, 1932.
