Dorothy Braddyll 
Dorothy was born on October 3rd, 1572 in Portfield,Lancashire,England. Dorothy's father was Edward Braddyll and her mother was Anne Asheton. Her paternal grandparents were John Braddyll and Jennett Foster. She had nine brothers and six sisters, named John, Richard, Edward, Ralph, Cuthbert, Gilbert, Stephan, Thomas, Bernard, Jane, Lettice, Anne, Elizabeth, Catherine and Margaret. She was the fourth youngest of the sixteen children. She died at the age of 61 in June 1634 in Carr Hall,England. She was buried on June 27th, 1634.
‌Dorothy and John were married in a religious ceremony on July 2nd, 1595. They had four sons and seven daughters, named Edward, Thomas, John, George, Anne, Anne, Margaret, Mary, Frances, Bridget and Elizabeth.
