*Ephraim was born about 1725. *Ephraim's father was *Thomas Bennett and his mother was *Mary Booth. He had a brother named Thomas. He was the younger of the two children.
*Ephraim and *Ann were married in a religious ceremony on June 19th, 1745 in Newtown,Fairfield,Connecticut. They had five sons and six daughters, named Able, Thomas, Caleb, Jerusha, Ephriam, Mary, Mehitabell, Ann, Bethiah, *Demaris and Sarah.

*Demaris was born on March 4th, 1759 in Newtown,Fairfield,Connecticut. She died at the age of 70 on March 20th, 1829.
