Agnes was born about 1585 in OF,PORTINCROSS,AYR,SCOTLAND. Agnes' father was Thomas BOYD BARON BOYD and her mother was Margaret Campbell CAMPBELL BARONESS BOYD. Her paternal grandparents were Robert BOYD BARON BOYD and Margaret (Mariot) COLQUHOUN. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Andrew, Adam, Thomas, John, James, Isabel and Marion.
