Philander BILLS

Philander was born on June 20th, 1827 in Addison,Steuben,New York.  Philander's father was Thamas BILLS and his mother was Betty GARRSON. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Lydia Elizabeth, Mary and Laura.  He died at the age of 94 on July 10th, 1921 in Eden Prairie,Hennepin,Minnesota.  He was buried on July 12th, 1921 in Belle Plains,Scott,Minnesota.

‌Philander and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on January 1st, 1848 in Addison,Steuben,NY.
