Rosina Sommer 
Rosina was born on December 21st, 1849 in Ihringen, Baden, Germany.1 Rosina's father was Johann Jacob Sommer and her mother was Katherina Storer. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Fritz, Jakob (Jack), Wilhelm, Otto, Anna Marie, Katharina and Barbara. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 82 on February 23rd, 1932 in Tacoma, Washington.1 
‌Rosina and William were married in a religious ceremony on July 18th, 1868 in Olympia, Washington.1 They had four sons and four daughters, named William A., Edward, Herbert, Harold, Lena, Clara, Rose and Edith.
