Anne Rate 
Anne was born on October 19th, 1670.1 Anne's father was Jacques Rate and her mother was Anne Martin L'ecossais. Her paternal grandparents were Francois Rate and Jacquette Heuget; her maternal grandparents were Abraham Dit L'ecossais Martin and Marguerite Dit Traversy Langlois. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Jacques, Bertrand, Michel Joseph, Jean Baptiste, Jacques, Pierre, Guillaume, Ignace, Marie Anne, Genevieve and Louise. She died at the age of 39 in December 1709 in Chateau Richer, Quebec.1 -
