Nicolas Milette Dit-Marandais 
Nicolas Milette was born in 1635 in Surin, Montmorillon, Vienne, Poitiers, Poitou.1 Nicolas Milette's father was Jean Milet and his mother was Marie-Michelle Gousson. He was an only child. He died at the age of 50 in 1685 in Champlain. Quebec.1 
‌Nicolas Milette and Michelle Sedilot were married in a religious ceremony on December 29th, 1668 in Cap DE La Madeleine, Quebec.1 They had two sons named Mathieu Dit Maranda and Francois.
