Marguerite Benoit

Marguerite was born in 1666 in Trois Riveres Quebec.¹   Marguerite's father was Gabriel Benoit and her mother was Marie Anne Gendron.  Her paternal grandparents were Claude Benoit and Anne Fontaine; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Geudon and Isabelle Demarin. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Pierre La Forest, Gabriel Laforest Dit, Marie Francoise and Marie Anne.

They had four sons and seven daughters, named Jean Charles Dit Vacher, Michel, Guillaume, Jean Baptiste, Francoise, Louise, Marie, Marie Agathe, Marie Madeleine, Marie Marguerite and Marie Therese.
